Dorothy prepares expert reports and expert testimony for use in legal matters.  She supports law enforcement agencies, prosecutors, and other legal professionals, approaching horse and livestock theft from a practical, experienced, position. She will actively participate in investigations, discoveries, and trials bringing a historical perspective, current statistics, theft profiles, and pertinent issues that may otherwise be overlooked. Her support is offered for both civil and criminal matters.

Dorothy also participates in tracking and recovering stolen horses, and consults on horse and livestock theft prevention matters. It should be noted that the recovery potential of stolen horses and livestock is greater (but not limited to) when the passage of time since the theft is short.

Dorothy can be hired on a per project basis. Costs vary, depending on the specifics of the individual project.
